Sanos Supply is a dedicated team providing top-tier contract manufacturing and logistics services, with a mission to innovate clinical trials. Our GMP-qualified facility, approved by the Danish Medicines Agency, efficiently produces and distributes IMP across the EU, US, and APAC. We are committed to project success, acting as integral members of the clinical trial team with a 'right-first-time' approach. 
 
Your role and key responsibilities 

• Precision in Action: Oversee the packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial materials, ensuring everything moves seamlessly.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage schedules and workflows for part-time technicians, keeping operations on track.
• Organizational Excellence: Maintain organization across projects by managing schedules, resources, and documents to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver top-quality service.
• Innovative Contributions: Bring fresh ideas to the table; we highly value suggestions for improving processes and tools.
   

You will become part of a team of 10 colleagues where you will experience a close collaboration in which we all contribute and rely on each other.
 
Desired skills and personal profile  

We are seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in clinical supplies, manufacturing, logistics, or similar fields. A degree is not required if you have the expertise. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and communicator who can identify needs and take action. A team player attitude is essential, along with the ability to guide and motivate others. Key personal traits include attention to detail, adaptability, a proactive approach, strong communication and organizational skills, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to quality to ensure the success of clinical trials.
