Our GMP-qualified facility, approved by the Danish Medicines Agency, efficiently produces and distributes IMP across the EU, US, and APAC. Your role and key responsibilities

• Plan and Coordinate: Oversee the packaging, labeling, and distribution of clinical trial materials to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Project Management: Keep projects on track by managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Client and Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Hands-On Involvement: Participate in hands-on activities within our GMP facility, including packaging and documentation tasks.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with your teammates to enhance our process workflows, driving continuous improvement.
   

Desired skills and personal profile  

We are looking for a candidate with some experience in logistics, life sciences, or project coordination. While clinical experience is a bonus, it is not essential. A degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biotech, or supply chain is advantageous but not required. You should enjoy organizing tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. Clear communication and teamwork are essential, as is a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a desire to grow your skills.

This is a full-time position of 37 hours excluding lunch. Your workplace will be in Hørsholm, Lyngsø Allé, 3. 

In this position, you can expect occasional travel.
